Description of position: Hazard Chase Ltd, classical music artist management company with offices in Cambridge and London, is seeking a bright, organised and confident individual to carry out servicing for high profile choral ensembles and projects, and to share general office administration. The post includes liaising with concert promoters worldwide, booking flights, obtaining visas, updating biographical and PR material, issuing contracts, inputting financial data and producing detailed schedules/itineraries for artists. We offer many opportunities to attend concerts in the UK and sometimes abroad.
Essential skills: Experience in classical music management, good computer skills and attention to detail, patience, flexibility and a good sense of humour. Languages are an advantage and a background in classical music is desirable. Candidates need to be able to work independently as well as part of a team and to manage and be responsible for a busy and varied workload.
Salary: Dependent upon experience.
